Refund Policy
Applies to challenge evaluation fees purchased on this platform.
Evaluation fees
The fee for a challenge covers access to that evaluation program and the trading terminal for the account size and challenge type you select. It is not a deposit or margin, and is not returned as trading capital.
Before you start trading
If you haven't placed any trades on a challenge account yet, you can request a full refund of the evaluation fee by contacting support within 14 days of purchase.
After trading has started
Once trading activity has begun on a challenge account, the evaluation fee is non-refundable — the fee has been earned in exchange for access to the evaluation, independent of whether the challenge is ultimately passed.
Billing or duplicate-charge errors
If you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same challenge, contact support with your account details and order reference and we'll correct it.
How to request a refund
Reach out through the Contact page with your account email and the challenge you purchased. We aim to respond to refund requests within a few business days.
